It is my pleasure to announce that the playtest population will be expanding very soon. Next up is Indiegogo financiers, as posted by Symbiatch in another thread.

This, however, is separate from that announcement. Currently, we have 15 testers on the server, and are expecting 5-10 more from the Indiegogo campaign. Symbiatch thinks that we should move up to 50 players to start testing the server better.

What does that mean for you, my eager future drone pilots? It means you have a chance to be one of that group of 25 or so new testers! We'll be doing a simple draw lottery for these positions.

So, how do you enter? Well, forum rego here will be your login to the app, so that is already covered if you are reading this. Please respond to this thread if you are interested.

What you'll need:

1. Forum Login
2. UDID for preferred device (min req: iPhone4 running iOS6--no iPods or iPads in this phase of testing, please, will be asked for later from the chosen ones)
3. Email addy and FB account to communicate with Symbiatch
4. A drive to push the app to its limits and report on functionality regularly (weekly at the very least, if not daily)
5. Lots of patience working with a raw product which is expected you play regularly
6. The ability to keep things private (user will sign privacy agreement--breaking this will forfeit your login and have your UDID banned forever)
7. A friendly demeanor. We're trying to get an app working, so foul tempers or drama queens won't be tolerated, as the work is stressful enough as it is.

You will be randomly assigned to a faction if chosen, for now, to keep the numbers even. This can be changed later.

Those not chosen this round, don't give up hope! We'll be expanding the test population again soon!
