I had a similar post a while back about energy recharge rates, what you are shown as having vs amount of energy you actually have and was told the descrepancy was due to lag between client/server. Is that the same situation as not being able to recharge immediately once the timer goes away?

Yes and no. It's a timer on both ends, but it's not entirely accurate always if the server and the clients don't have exactly the right time. Which they should, since both are synced to atomic clocks. But the timers are one thing that needs a bit of tweaking still, they should be as accurate as possible.

At the moment my iPhone and the server have less than a second of difference in time, so that shouldn't cause that much problems. It may be the other variables. How much later does the recharge actually work after the timer goes down?

Tested a few times today. 5-7 sec. Maybe it's just me?
